Where do you ship?
I want to send a gift to someone, will you do that for me?
We ship to all 50 states, US Armed Forces Overseas addresses, and US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).
We encourage people to let us ship gifts directly to their ‘favorite Aunt’. It saves you from having to pay shipping charges twice. You can store up to twenty-five (25) names and addresses in your personal profile for that very reason. We can not gift wrap each item separately or include a personal note from you. So, you should probably give Aunt Sarah a call to let her know her gift is on its way.
An alternative would be to use our Gift Certificate system and let them pick out what they want. Read our FAQ Gift Certificate for more details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our normal order processing time is two business days, or less.
The normal 'in transit' time is 7 - 14 days; depending on where we are shipping to, the facility we are shipping from, the delivery service you select, and the time of year.
How do I check on the status of my order?
Your order history is available to you online. Just Log In and go to My Account.
Your order will show as ‘pending’, ‘in process’, or ‘shipped’. A tracking number is usually shown within one business day after the order had been shipped. The US Postal Service does not provide a tracking service.
What is your return policy?
All of our products have a 30 day 100% satisfaction warranty.
The warranty period begins when we ship the order.

If we request the return of the merchandise, you will receive additional credit for your return's shipping expense. If an item or its packaging is not in re-saleable condition, you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Unauthorized Returns.
Do not return any items without prior authorization.
If you do, we will not reimburse your shipping costs and a restocking fee of 50% will be charged.
We seldom get requests for returns after the 30 day grace period and no set of rules can anticipate all situations. If you work with us, we will pursue every reasonable option to satisfy your request.
